In this 20–30 minute session, we will:

No. This coaching practice is education-based and designed to complement , not replace, licensed medical care. I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatments, or interpret laboratory results.

My role is to provide structured guidance, education, and supportive accountability so you can make informed decisions in partnership with your healthcare providers.
