
Hi, I'm Kimberly Liddiard-Davis. For years I lived the way many high-achieving adults do: pushing hard, doing “all the right things,” but still feeling drained, foggy, and out of sync. Fatigue, anxiety, brain fog, joint pain, insomnia and more slowly piled up; despite normal lab results and doctor visits.
At my lowest, I was prescribed seven medications and could barely get out of bed for more than a couple of hours a day. I remember watching my kids play and wishing I could be with them, but feeling too exhausted.
That day I decided no longer to wait for someone else to make sense of my health. I began reading research papers, studying nutrition science and mitochondrial function, drilling down into what really supports the body’s energy systems. Slowly, I started to see change, and after 25 years of feeling less-than, I finally felt like myself again: full of life, strength, clarity, and resilience.
Today, I help high-performing, wellness-minded adults and athletes rebuild energy, optimize recovery, and support long-term vitality. My focus isn’t just on “feeling better”, it’s on strengthening the systems inside you: your cells, your metabolism, your stress-response, your recovery capacity.
