Many of the individuals I work with are capable, driven, and deeply committed to their health. They’re often doing many of the “right” things — eating well, staying active, being proactive — yet still find themselves wondering why their energy, recovery, or resilience no longer reflect the effort they’re putting in.
That gap can be frustrating.
My role is to help bring clarity to what your body may be communicating — and to provide the structure and support needed to move forward with confidence.
I believe meaningful progress begins with understanding, not guesswork. Lasting change comes from making informed decisions, applying the right strategy, and building consistency over time.
My work focuses on strengthening the foundational systems that influence how your body produces energy, responds to stress, and recovers.
Rather than chasing isolated symptoms, I take a structured, whole-person approach — helping you identify patterns, clarify priorities, and apply practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies that support long-term resilience.
This is education-based, collaborative work. My role is to guide and support you as you make informed decisions, including when considering supplements or other options, in partnership with your healthcare providers.
I intentionally work with a limited number of clients to preserve the depth, quality, and personalization of this experience.
A Little About Me
My path into this work began with a deep curiosity about the body’s ability to adapt, recover, and function well when given the right support.
Part of my perspective also comes from my own experience.
I’ve been in the position of doing many of the “right” things and still not feeling the way I expected to feel — where the effort didn’t match the outcome, and the path forward wasn’t always clear.
That experience shaped how I approach this work. It reinforced the importance of understanding what the body is actually responding to, rather than simply doing more or trying harder.
Over time, that curiosity became a disciplined focus on understanding how energy production, metabolism, and overall health are connected at a foundational level.
Through advanced training in nutrition, cellular and metabolic health — including coursework through the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, Metabolic Fitness Pro, and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition — along with more than a decade of experience supporting professionals, wellness-focused individuals, and athletes, I’ve developed a structured approach to personalized health coaching that is both practical and deeply supportive.
I continue to approach this work with respect for each individual’s experience — recognizing that behind every set of symptoms is a person looking for clarity, direction, and a way to feel more like themselves again.
I am based in the Salt Lake City area, Utah, and work with clients virtually.
