
Many of the individuals I work with are capable, driven, and deeply committed to their health. They are often doing many of the “right” things — eating well, staying active, being proactive — yet still find themselves wondering why their energy, recovery, or resilience no longer reflect the effort they are putting in.
My role is to provide thoughtful, education-based guidance that helps bring clarity to what your body may be communicating — while offering the structure and steady support needed to help you move forward with greater confidence.
I believe meaningful progress begins with understanding, not guesswork, and that lasting change is built through informed decisions, personalized strategy, and consistent support over time.
My work centers on strengthening the foundational systems that influence how the body produces energy, responds to stress, and recovers. Rather than chasing isolated symptoms, I take a structured, whole-person view — helping you recognize patterns, clarify priorities, and apply practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies that support long-term resilience.
Through personalized, education-based guidance — including contextual education around supplement options when appropriate — this work is designed to help you make confident, informed decisions in partnership with your healthcare providers.
I intentionally work with a limited number of clients to preserve the depth and quality of this experience.
A Little About Me
My path into this work grew from a deep curiosity about the body’s remarkable capacity to adapt, heal, and regain balance when given the right support. Over the years, that curiosity has developed into a disciplined commitment to understanding the interconnected systems that influence metabolic health, cellular function, and recovery.
Through advanced training in nutrition, cellular and metabolic wellness — including coursework through the University of South Florida’s Morsani College of Medicine — along with more than a decade supporting busy professionals, wellness-minded individuals, and athletes, I have developed a structured approach to personalized health coaching that is both practical and deeply supportive.
Today, I continue to approach this work with the same respect for each individual’s experience — recognizing that behind every set of symptoms is a person seeking clarity, direction, and a way to feel more like themselves again.
I am based in Salt Lake City area, Utah and work with clients virtually.
